Sequoia Pumping installs new septic systems, leach lines, and septic drain wells throughout our Central Valley service areas. Based in Sanger, we serve communities in Fresno, Madera, Kings, and Tulare counties. Pumping, inspections, installations, and repairs are available across those service areas.
Tell us about your property and what you want to build or change. We can discuss your installation needs and the information needed for an estimate.
Contact us about a new septic system, new leach lines, or a new septic drain well. Whether your project involves a new home or an existing property, the proposed system must fit the site and the applicable approval requirements.
If you have an existing system with a problem, describe the symptoms and share any available inspection reports. A repair may address a specific issue; a new dispersal system is a different scope of work.
Leach lines disperse septic-tank effluent through a soil absorption area. A septic drain well, also called a seepage pit, uses a deeper excavation for dispersal where permitted and suitable. A septic drain well is different from a stormwater dry well or a drinking-water well.
Soil conditions, groundwater, available space, setbacks, and local requirements affect the options. High groundwater or clay soil does not automatically make a drain well suitable. The layout and dimensions should come from the project’s approved design, rather than a general online example.
You do not need to open a tank or excavate to make an inquiry. Send the records you already have.
An estimate depends on the proposed system, site conditions, access, and the approved work. Ask what the estimate includes and who is responsible for site testing, design, permit applications, inspections, and restoration. These responsibilities should be clear for your particular project.
Contact the authority responsible for your property’s septic approval before construction. Requirements can differ by jurisdiction and site.
Do you install systems in all your service areas?
Yes. New installations and repairs are offered throughout the same service areas as our pumping and inspection services.
Can I choose a drain well because my lot is small?
Lot size alone does not establish suitability. Site evaluation and the applicable approval process determine which options can be used.
Can you give a price from the tank size alone?
Tank size is only one part of a project. Share your property information and available plans so we can discuss the full installation scope.
